We’d like you to help us wish Kath a fabulous next chapter as she leaves us this week to work on completing her move to beautiful Cornwall. Kath’s last day will be Thursday 2nd April (not including possible future guest appearances for holiday cover!) We’ve loved having Kath with us this past year and a bit and look forward to visiting her soon!
Please note a minor change in booking requirements for our two full body options - we now require at least 48 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling as well as 50% on booking. Cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment and receive a full refund or reschedule with more than 48 hours notice and the money paid will be moved to your new appointment. If notice is received less than 48 hours prior then monies paid clear the cancellation fee due. Please note this decision has not been made lightly, it comes after an increase in late cancellations and no-shows for long appointments which we then often cannot fill at such short notice.
