Hi everyone! We are closed due to the Covid-19 lockdown and can only reopen when allowed to do so pending government review. Next review is due on 13th February, 2021 or thereabouts. Because of the uncertainty of how long this will continue we have turned off online booking and will reactivate it when we know for sure we can welcome you all back.

For our safety and yours we require ALL clients and therapists to wear a mask due to the proximity of having a waxing treatment. If you do not have a mask we will provide you with one which you may then keep. Our already extensive hygiene practices have been extended further for safety.
As well as having a treatment consultation form on file for you it’s ESSENTIAL you complete our Covid-19 declaration form that we'll send you up to 36 hours ahead of your appointment. New regulations mean we are legally obliged to obtain your physical address as well as full name, mobile number and email address. This is not something we've asked for before and we know some won't like it but without it your appointment won't go ahead as it's required for Track and Trace.
Facial treatments have now been allowed to recommence but we are still requiring clients to wear a mask and will only offer waxing to the areas outside of a mask ie. brows, ears and hairline. We'll update this when that changes.
Government restrictions are still in place regarding treatments to those in vulnerable categories (ie. those who are pregnant or immunosuppressed) so we are still unable to treat those affected unless they can provide written consent from their doctor.
